It May be Fall but...
We're Falling into the Holiday Spirit!

A large part of GCA's mission is to share ideas. People that attend tours for the first time are usually surprised at how much they are motivated by not just the tour, the people and the places we visit are all elements to take home. If you have been working in the industry for years you may feel like you have already 'been there' - 'done that' - and seen most of what there is to see in the business. I say, "Bah humbug!!!" This year's tour committee has literally rocked the standards set in years past. I dare you to join us and NOT be inspired!

As you will see our hosts may have missed their calling in Hollywood! Can't you just imagine the stores you will see with this kind of energy put into retail? Both Julie and Pam are working in their stores putting out the exact same fires you face. Julie is also doing her own merchandising while Pam is busy with her own set of logistical concerns. Meanwhile - their stores are swept twice a day and their back rooms are very neatly organized. (I wish my closet was half as organized!)
Times may be tough but they are more likely to get better faster if you are at YOUR personal best. Let us motivate you (or your staff) toward that 'best!'
